Tutors (Part-time)

The Free Will Baptist Children's Home is currently seeking retired middle and high school teachers to tutor our teens as part of their virtual learning for the fall semester.  Duties include, but not limited to, helping youth with assignments, working with small groups and one-on-one with youth, coordinating with tutoring director.  Flexible hours.  This is a paid position.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, a high school graduate, be able to pass a drug screen, have a clean driving record with a valid license, and pass an FBI background check.

Bridge Learning Center Group Leader (Part-time)

Bridge Learning Center is seeking a part-time group leader to work with children ages 5-12. Responsible candidates should have a strong work ethic, be able to plan and implement lesson plans and have good communication skills. This person will work directly under the supervision of the Director of Child Day Care programs. We are most interested in talking to applicants who:

  • Have a high school diploma or its equivalent

  • Are 21 years of age

  • Have a valid driver’s license

  • Are able to complete BSAC training or its equivalent within 60 days of employment

  • Have a clean driving record

  • Are able to pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

  • Are First Aid and CPR certified or are able to obtain within 30 days of hire date

Bridge Learning Center is an on-site, community based, learning center of Free Will Baptist Children’s Home.

Cottage Parent (Full-time)

The Free Will Baptist Children's Home is currently seeking an energetic person to join our team as a full-time Cottage Parent.  Responsibilities include providing on-site supervision of adolescents in a residential setting.  This is a live-in position with rotating days and every other weekend off. 

 

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, a high school graduate, be able to pass a drug screen, have a clean driving record with a valid license, and pass an FBI background check.
